On time. On target. On facts.
The all-in-one manufacturing software: production tracking, vision inspection, ERP and continuous improvement, measured in real time.
How it starts
Running in days, not months.
No machine connections, no PLC integration. Show the station what to check, count or sort, and it does the rest.
Prove it.
You have nothing to lose, except your losses.
The system
Four apps. One system.
They arrive together, already running, and share the same numbers.
ERP
Orders, bills of materials, stock and the real cost of each good part.
Station
At the line: counts, times and checks every part with its camera.
Show me the procedure for line 4.
Step 1 of 9. Check the fixture is clean.
OnFaktor AI
Answers your operators out loud with your SOPs, in their language.
Kaizen
Finds the losses and tests a better way of working.
How it works 1 / 8
AI-powered to streamline your processes.
- ERP 1Order A customer order comes in.
- ERP 2BOM The order gets its bill of materials.
- Station 3Assign The work order goes to a line.
- OnFaktor AI 4Guide The operator hears the SOP, in their language.
- Station 5Measure Time, output, downtime and quality.
- ERP 6Cost The real cost of each good part.
- ERP 7Deliver The order is completed and shipped.
- Kaizen 8Improve A better SOP, tested before and after.
Facts
Facts from the floor.
The camera sees every real part, so your numbers don't depend on anyone writing them down.
How fast
Every cycle timed by the camera, against the standard time.
On time
Parts built against the plan, hour by hour.
What it cost
The real cost of each good part, from what was actually used and made.
Scrap and rework
Every part checked, OK or NG, the moment it is made.
Checked every cycle. Seen in seconds. Improved every week.
Kaizen
Your SOPs, checked against the standard you need.
Upload your SOP. Kaizen reads it against the standard, shows what is missing, and suggests how to fix each gap. You accept or reject every change; nothing is rewritten behind your back. Then the line measures whether the new way is better.
- 1 Upload your SOP The one your line uses today, Word or PowerPoint.
- 2 Pick the standard The one you need to meet.
- 3 See what is missing Each gap, listed against the standard.
- 4 Fix it with hints A suggestion for each gap. You accept or reject it.
- 5 Prove it on the line The station measures before and after.
Why it matters. A missing step costs scrap, rework and training time. Finding it on paper is cheap; finding it on the line is not.
Standards today: TWI Job Instruction, ISO 9001 and PPE. More are on the way: tell us which one you need.
The trial
A short paid trial, with the finish line agreed first.
Before the station arrives, we write down what success means and the date you decide.
- 1
Agree the measures
Output, quality, downtime and cost, measured before the station starts.
- 2
Run and improve
The station measures every part. Kaizen finds the losses and tests a better way.
- 3
Decide on the agreed date
You see the results against the measures you set. Then you choose.
Your data
Your data stays yours.
You choose where it lives, and you can change it as you grow.
Default
Cloud
A private cloud server for your company only, isolated from every other customer: in your own account, such as AWS, or one we set up for you.
Your infrastructure
On site
Everything runs on your own servers and GPU, in your building. Your data stays inside your walls.
One station
Offline
Everything runs inside the station itself, with no outside connection at all. Made for a trial on a single station.
With more than one station, the stations and the server talk to each other over your network.
You set the limit
The AI stops at your limit. The line never does.
You prepay a budget and set a monthly limit. You see what was used each day. At 80% your admin gets a warning; at 100% the AI pauses until they add more.

After you say yes
Start where you want. Grow to the plant.
Every line gets its own station, with a small PC for its camera and screen. The ERP, the AI, Kaizen and the database move to a server you choose: a private cloud server, your own server, or a virtual machine.
Questions
What people ask first.
What does OnFaktor mean?
Factor comes from the Latin for a maker, the same root as factory. Say it out loud and you hear the promise: on facts. Every number comes from what the camera sees on the floor, not from what someone wrote down.
Do I have to replace my current system?
No. OnFaktor runs beside the system you already have. Its ERP, built on Odoo, the open-source ERP used by companies around the world, becomes your reference: its numbers come from the facts on the floor, so you can compare them with what your current system says. When you want, it can be connected to your ERP as a project.
How long until it is running?
Days, not months. The station arrives with everything already on it. You show it what to check, count or sort, and it starts measuring.
What can it inspect?
Whatever your line needs: pass or fail, sorting parts by type, counting, checking that a bolt is there and the right size, and more. For OnFaktor it is the same logic every time: every part gets a result and a time, and every number on this page is built from those two.
Does it connect to my machines?
No. It reads a camera and shows a screen. It never touches a machine or a PLC.
Which cameras does it work with?
Keyence IV4, and any camera that saves its images over SFTP, 2D or 3D. The IV4 runs its AI inside the camera, so every OK or NG is decided right there on the line: no internet needed, and no outside AI service ever looks at your parts. Need something special, like several cameras on one station or a robot to move the camera over a big part? We build it with you. Whatever the hardware, OnFaktor records the same thing: OK or NG for every part, and how long each one took.
How many stations do I need?
At least one per line, to measure that line’s pace. Add more at every critical point you want to measure.
What happens after the trial?
If the measures you agreed are met, every line gets its own station and the heavy parts move to the server you choose. If not, you get a copy of your data, it is erased from the station, and the station leaves.
Can Kaizen check my SOPs?
Today against TWI Job Instruction, ISO 9001 and PPE. More standards are being added; tell us which one you need, such as IATF 16949 for automotive or IPC for electronics.
What languages does the AI speak?
Your operators ask in their own language and hear the answer in it. Tested with the cloud AI in English, Spanish, Portuguese, German and French. If the AI runs on your own server, the languages depend on the model you choose.
Does the AI make decisions for us?
No. It answers with your SOPs and suggests improvements. Your people decide.
What happens if the AI stops?
You only lose the AI’s help. Every number, record and screen stays right there, and the stations, the ERP and Kaizen keep running.
Who owns the data?
You do. It lives on a server that is yours alone: a private cloud server, your own servers in your building, or, for a single-station trial, inside the station itself.
Who supports us?
Our team supports you remotely, in English and Spanish. Critical problems that stop production get an emergency line, 24/7. Everything else is answered on business days.
